Darkfall Day 12

Today brought some interesting news. Our little hamlet rests just south of a largely abandoned player city. The Clan/Alliance who used it apparently were party of some large Alliance which recently disbanded. News filtered down through the Clan channel that the city was due to be inhabited again. This means two things for me. The first of which is that there's going to be a larger friendly force in the area which will make things a bit safer. Due to our Clan being located so remotely we've always been a bit exposed to PKs. If we get attacked, no one is going to come out to help.
The second thing is that the city will actually have people in it who might be interested in some kind of interaction like trading and the like. I'm really looking forward to seeing the city come alive with other players and hopefully there might be some opportunity for some large scale PVP with the larger Alliance.
Our Clan also seems to have picked up another couple of members, which should also mean more outings to remote parts of the map for some PVE.
Finally, I realise this is another short post, there's talk of the Darkfall expansion happening this week! I'm not entirely sure I'm actually of a level where I'm going to notice any of the changes, but it's exciting all the same.
