Darkfall Day 11
David X. Messer has a quiet day in Darkfall...
Another day spent gathering I'm afraid. For not apparent reason other than the fact I could, I've been pushing the lumbering and mining skills a bit more. This turned out to be a good thing as toward the end of the evening I spent some time duoing some mobs with one of the Clan generals. Having used my my stock of arrows the day before, I'd accidently joined him and discovered I was completely out of arrows. Somewhat embarrassing, but kindly I was given 200 and was told not to worry about it. 400 gold or so later, my Clan mate had to leave for the night and I spent the rest of the evening researching how to make my own arrows. As it turned out all I needed was the bowyer skill, and some wood and iron ingots. Which cleverly I'd been stockpiling in my bank due to the excessive amount of gathering I'd been doing lately!
1200 arrows later, and having made a mental note to repay the Clan general for his kindness, I finished the evening safe in the knowledge that I now have another important skill under my belt.
