WAR: Scenarios As Population Dams
While levelling up in WAR, I've been growling to myself a bit that I won't get to see the lower-tier scenarios after I level past them. I really like Nordenwatch, and once my characters are past 11th level, I won't see it any more. It took me a while to realise that I can create a new character, and leave him at about 8th level, and play him when I want to play in Nordenwatch. I'd eventually level out of it again, but I could then delete the character and start over, or graduate him to working slowly up through the Tier 2 scenarios.
I wonder if similar activities across the playerbase might mean that the scenarios, at least, will not be completely depopulated as the bulk of players hit Tier 4 with their mains?
