The Mammoth Book of Best New SF 19
It really bugs me that the book sold under the title "The Year's Best Science Fiction Twenty-third Annual Collection" in the US is called "The Mammoth Book of Best New SF 19" here. It makes it really hard, when I see the American imprint in specialist or second-hand bookshops, to remember which ones I have and haven't got.
That aside, it's really an excellent book, and I recommend it highly. Even if you don't usually go for short stories, these ones are worth reading. Favourites so far include "The Calorie Man", by Paolo Bacigalupi, and Ian McDonald's "The Little Goddess". And I'm only half-way through yet...
