Genesis Gravity Sensors
Y'know, in years to come, they'll going to be writing comedies about the series of dimwitted mistakes in the space program of the early twenty-first century.
First there was the Mars Climate Orbiter metric/imperial mix-up, and now, according to an article from the Discovery Channel, Genesis crashed in Utah because its gravity sensors were installed upside-down.
