Doctor Who Numberplates
What's with all the numberplates in Season 2 of Doctor Who? In the last few episodes, we've been treated to closeup shots of clearly readable number plates, most notably the police Wolseley, with plate "PVJ 601", but there've been a few - the scooter in the same episode (The Idiot's Lantern), and several cars in the previous two episodes.
