Vanguard
Vanguard, which hasn't got a release date yet, is being touted as the successor to Everquest. I'll be interested to see how it rolls out - it certainly sounds ambitious, being a checklist of stuff I'd like in a game. After the disappointment of DDO, though, I won't be holding my breath.

Hmm. Having read that - I see nothing different to WoW, EQ, or even good old UO, apart from a clicky-clicky combat system that'll require kiddy reactions...
