Lessons from WoW

Here's a rather fascinating article on Less ons GMS can learn from WoW. I'm not sure I agree with all of them, but it's an interesting slant on things.

The article really does sum up a couple of reasons why I do not like WoW... the time they require and the mentality of grouping... neither of which I tend to like. And then there's the fact I have very limited control over my character's appearance.
That's why I do actually like City of Heroes/Villains... they give you a lot of customisability to your characters :)
